SHIPPING POLICY

senseware is a small business with limited resources and produces handmade products in small batches. We appreciate your understanding if there are delays, especially during the current COVID - 19 pandemic.

Please review our shipping policy with notes on the various shipping options for you.

Pickup

You may have your order picked up by you or by a motorbike courier that you prefer, schedule and pay. Orders for pickup are usually available on the same day if you order before 5pm, or the next day if you order after 5pm. Our dispatch location is in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The complete details will be sent to you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped for our studio within 3-5 days. During high volume periods, such as sale events and holidays, some additional delays are to be expected.

We presently use Gogoexpress ( for Metro Manila and provincial destinations) or J&T express (for provincial destinations) to ship orders domestically in the Philippines. An email notifications will be sent to your email address, with tracking information, when your order ships.

Orders are delivered within a few days. Delays on the part of the courier is not within the control of senseware.

Next-Day Shipping and Delivery

Only available for Metro Manila, orders are shipped from our studio the following day after you placed your order. Order will be shipped and delivered the next day. A shipping notification will be sent to your email address on the same day.
